Shipping within India is FREE for Above 1999 INR orders.

International Order : For orders from outside India, additional shipping fees is charged per kg and the total shipping charges depend on the weight of the total order parcel which is calculated at the time of checkout. The average delivery time is min 8-14 business days, depending on the country of residence.

Duty and Taxes :

Many countries charge varied import duties, customs charges and taxes on shipped items or Shipment weight. All such additional charges are to be borne by the customer only during delivery time. Refund Policy
Once a return request has been placed with Juniper Customer Service, it usually takes 3–5 business days to pick up the product from your doorstep and another 2–4 business days to initiate the refund after successful product inspection by the QC (Quality Check) department.

Once the item is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 24–48 hours.
No refunds will be issued for Sales Section products, including Buy 3 offers, as they are final sale items..
