📌 Quick Rules for Returns & Exchanges

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Items bought from the Sale Section or under multi-buy offers (e.g., Buy 3 @ 999, Buy 3 @ 1499, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Where you bought it: We only accept returns for products bought directly from our website ([www.juniperfashion.com](https://www.juniperfashion.com)).

📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit a Request: Go to juniperfashion.com/apps/return_prime or log into your account, go to Order History, and click Return/Exchange. You can also email us at crm@juniperfashion.com with your Order ID.

  2. Free Doorstep Pickup: We will arrange a free pickup from your address within 2 to 5 days. (Note: We make 3 pickup attempts. If all fail, the request is canceled).

  3. Quality Check: Once the item reaches our warehouse, it takes 24–48 hours to inspect it.

🔄 Exchanges (Size Mismatch or Defective Item)

  • What is allowed: You can only exchange for a different size of the same design, or get a replacement if your item arrived damaged.

  • Want a different design? Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the style you want.

  • Delivery: Your exchange order will be shipped after the pickup is completed and will arrive in 4–7 days.

💰 Refunds

  • Gift Cards Only: All refunds are issued only as a Juniper Gift Card, regardless of how you paid (COD or Prepaid). The gift card has no expiry date.

  • Timeline: The gift card will be emailed to you within 2–4 days after your item passes our quality check.

🚨 Damaged or Wrong Items?

If you received a damaged, wrong, or incorrect size item, please WhatsApp us at +91-9828045242 or email us within 24–48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the item and the shipping label.

🌍 International Orders (Outside India)

  • We do not offer free international returns or exchanges. You must ship the item back to us at your own expense.

  • If your international item arrived damaged or in the wrong size, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
