We offer Free Return and Exchange at Juniper. We have a Hassle Free 7 day Return and Exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request for a Return or Exchange.

To be eligible for a Return / Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

For International -

We do not offer free international exchange or return shipping. International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense.
