Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We at Juniper Fashion, understand the importance of delivering your products timely and safely. Therefore, we are partner with some of the most reputed Indian and international courier partners such as Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, DHL, Fedex, etc., to ensure seamless delivery of all the orders.

Once you have placed an order on our website, our system puts your order into the process. Once the order is processed your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. After the order is dispatched, a unique tracking identity number is sent to you on your registered email & mobile number via SMS/Email. You can track the status of the order delivery on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number.

Note
- Please allow us alteast 4 - 7 working days to deliver the Shipment to your doorstep once the Order is dispatch from our warehouse. We take atleast 1-3 days to dispatch the shipment once the order confirm.

 

Payment Method - We allow both COD and Prepaid Orders on our Website for Domestic Buyers (Indian Buyers). Please go with the Prepaid Option for order above 7999 INR.

We allow only Prepaid Orders for International Buyers. You can go with all types of Domestic and International Cards along with Paypalon our Website. Incase, if you are facing any issue  during payment checkout please contact us on customer care number so we can assist you better.


Domestic and International Shipping

Juniper offers FREE SHIPPING across all over India for all orders, prepaid as well as cash on delivery (COD). For orders from outside India, additional shipping fees is charged per kg and the total shipping charges depend on the weight of the parcel which is calculated at the time of checkout.

Tax and duties: Please note that many countries charge varied import duties, customs charges and taxes on shipped items. All such additional charges are to be directly borne by the customer upon delivery. Hence, it is advisable to check your country’s taxes policies before placing an order with us because, once the order is placed, we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders.

If the customer does not accept or does not pay any such customs charges for their international orders, under any circumstances, we shall not be liable for product exchanges/returns or payment refunds.

As we are sending the Garment from the Jaipur - India, it takes us 9-14 working days to the International Orders from the date of order placement on the website.

Receiving Order Guidelines: As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images of the same and not accept the order. You can mail all the images and videos along with the order number so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest and settle claims with the shipment agency.

RETURN POLICY

At Juniper, it’s our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price or You can go for an Exchange if you are facing the size issue in the same design. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Juniper website (www.juniperfashion.com).
Note : Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.

In case of any such discrepancy, please notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving the shipment, please WhatsApp us @ +919828045242. Please share images of the product along with shipping label.

At Juniper we have 7 days hassle free return and exchange policy, that gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from www.juniperfashion.com for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Guidelines for a valid return and exchange :-

1. The product should be in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging
2. Product must be unused.
3. Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition.

We will send you a confirmation email/message as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

Note : Please allow us at-least 2 to 5 days to arrange the return pickup from your doorstep.

Returns and exchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

Note:
One time reverse pick-up would be done against an order. For the second time, you need to dispatch the shipment from your end and bear the charges for the both sides.

· Create a 'Return Request' under “Order History” section of Website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode

· We offer pick-up facility for the address used while placing order.

Or to raise a return request please drop us an email on crm@juniperfashion.com and we will process your request. Kindly share Order id, product name and product SKU code on the email to avoid confusion.

Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep.

Exchanges:


At Juniper we have 7 days exchange policy, if you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Under Exchange Policy:


1. Only size exchanges or defective items are allowed.

2. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.

3. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately


For International Orders -


We do not offer free international exchange or return shipping. International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense.

Return / Exchange is valid incase if you received the damage / wrong size product, requests will be accepted strictly within 2-3 days.

NOTE:
The customer needs to self-ship the goods from their side and we will reimburse the shipping costs if the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup.

REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy -Once a return request has been placed with Juniper Customer Service, it usually takes 3-5 business days to picked up the product from your doorstep and another 2-4 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by (QC) Quality check department.Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 24-48 hours. The refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.If you have done checkout through the COD payment Mode, we share the RazorPayout Link to get the refund amount. You have to fill the bank or UPI details there to get the instant refund amount, sometimes it takes 2-3 max days to reflect in your account.
