SHIPPING AND RETURNS

For shipping we use reliable courier companies like Fedex & DTDC to ship the products which are completely insured. Generally, for Cash On Delivery orders, the courier company calls you before delivery. In case you are not available during delivery, you could call them back and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location.

We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Juniper, it’s our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return and exchange the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Juniper website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.

 The below elaborated Return and Exchange Policies :-

  • Damaged item delivered
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Wrong sized delivered

In case of any such discrepancy, please notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving the shipment, please WhatsApp us @ +919828045242. Please share images of the product along with shipping label.

At Juniper we have 7 days return and exchange policy, that gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from www.juniperfashion.com for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Guidelines for a valid return and exchange:

1.    The product should be in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging

2.    Product must be unused.

3.    Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

Returns and exchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

Note: One time reverse pick-up would be done against an order.

To return a product to Juniper, please follow these steps:

·      Create a 'Return Request' under “Order History” section of Website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode

·      We offer pick-up facility for the address used while placing order.

 

Or to raise a return request please drop us an email on online@juniperfashion.com and we will process your request. Kindly share Order id, product name and product SKU code on the email to avoid confusion.

Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep.

Exchanges:

At Juniper we have 4 days exchange policy, if you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Under Exchange Policy:

1.    Only size exchanges or defective items are allowed.

2.    Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.

3.    If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately

 

For International Orders -

We do not offer free international exchange or return shipping. International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense.

Return / Exchange is valid incase if you received the damage / wrong size product, requests will be accepted strictly within 2-3 days.

We are sending all international shipment as commercial only, so need to pay the Import Duties (once shipment reach the final connection point). Import Duties / Custom Clearance Charges can vary against the country.

 

Refund/Cancellation Policy

 

Refund:

Once return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

Note please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at online@juniperfashion.com within 6 hours of placing the order from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM- 7 PM.

Please note that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

Please Note:

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank.

Banks will send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than INR. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR. 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.
