International Order : For orders from outside India, additional shipping fees is charged per kg and the total shipping charges depend on the weight of the total order parcel which is calculated at the time of checkout. We offer Free Return and Exchange at Juniper. We have a Hassle Free 7 day Return and Exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request for a Return or Exchange.

To be eligible for a Return / Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Note : Please allow us at-least 2 to 5 days to arrange the return pickup from your doorstep.

For International -

We do not offer free international exchange or return shipping. International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense.
