International Order : For orders from outside India, additional shipping fees is charged per kg and the total shipping charges depend on the weight of the total order parcel which is calculated at the time of checkout. The average delivery time is min 8-14 business days, depending on the country of residence.

Duty and Taxes :

Many countries charge varied import duties, customs charges and taxes on shipped items or Shipment weight. All such additional charges are to be borne by the customer only during delivery time. We offer Free Return and Exchange at Juniper. We have a Hassle Free 7 day Return and Exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request for a Return or Exchange.

To be eligible for a Return / Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

For International -

We do not offer free international exchange or return shipping. International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense.

Refund Policy - Once a return request has been placed with Juniper Customer Service, it usually takes 3-5 business days to picked up the product from your doorstep and another 2-4 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by (QC) Quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 24-48 hours.
