Refund Policy - Once a return request has been placed with Juniper Customer Service, it usually takes 3-5 business days to picked up the product from your doorstep and another 2-4 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by (QC) Quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 24-48 hours.
