Order Processing & Tracking

Processing: Once you place an order, our system processes it, packs it securely, and hands it over to our delivery partners.

Dispatch Time: It takes 1–3 working days to dispatch the shipment after your order is confirmed.

Tracking: After dispatch, a unique tracking number is sent to your registered email and mobile number via SMS/Email. You can use this to track your delivery status on the courier partner's official website.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Cost: FREE SHIPPING across India for all orders (Prepaid and Cash on Delivery).

Delivery Timeline: Please allow 4–7 working days for delivery at your doorstep after the order is dispatched.

Payment Limits: Both COD and Prepaid options are available. However, please use the Prepaid option for all orders above 7,999 INR.
International Shipping (Outside India)

Cost: Shipping fees are charged per kilogram (kg) based on the total weight of the parcel, calculated automatically at checkout.

Payment: Only Prepaid orders are allowed for international buyers. We accept all types of domestic/international cards and PayPal.

Delivery Timeline: Shipments originate from Jaipur, India, and take 9–14 working days from the date of order placement.

Cancellations & Returns: We do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders once placed.
⚠️ Taxes and Duties Notice: Many countries charge import duties, customs fees, and taxes. All such additional charges must be borne directly by the customer upon delivery. If a customer refuses to accept the parcel or pay customs charges, Juniper Fashion is not liable for any product exchanges, returns, or payment refunds.
Damage or Delivery Issues
As we use third-party agencies, please ensure your parcel arrives intact. If you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, please record a video and take photos, and DO NOT accept the order. Mail these visuals along with your order number to crm@juniperfashion.com immediately so we can settle claims with the shipment agency and resolve the issue for you.
