Customs Duty and Tax Policy (Customer-Paid Duties and Taxes)

This policy applies to all international orders shipped by Aman Export Int. ( Juniper ) to customers outside of India.

At Aman Export Int. ( Juniper ), we ship worldwide and comply with international shipping standards. However, customs duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees at checkout.
Customers are solely responsible for paying any additional charges required by their country’s customs authorities upon the arrival of the goods.

5. Shipping Terms (Incoterms)
All international shipments are made under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) or DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means:
- The buyer (customer) is responsible for paying all import charges upon arrival.
6. Order Cancellations or Refunds
- Orders returned due to refusal to pay customs duties or taxes are non-refundable or may be subject to a restocking and return shipping fee, at the discretion Aman Export Int. ( Juniper ).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the item has been dispatched.

Return and Exchange -
We do not offer free international exchange or return shipping. International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense.
